Two kids and one smart dad had a dream!

In 1988, my father, myself and my brother decided we wanted a family business. We then all took a chance and discovered a ‘gem’ of a small, intimate shopping center opening in Jacksonville, Maryland called ‘The Paper Mill Village’. Our plan became a reality and we opened the door to our family store on September 2, 1988. From day one we chose to offer THE BEST PRICES, THE BEST SELECTION, and THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!
